Around 8:00 this morning we landed safely in Brazil - Praise the Lord! I plan to post some pictures soon, but right now my head is still spinning so this will just be a brief review. We were blessed with a great trip. Our flights were on time, all our luggage arrived with us, and all went well. The boys did fine on the plane. They were excited about their first flight! They slept most of the long flight, although somewhat restlessly, so we are all very worn out.
We are so grateful to everyone who is praying for us. We still need your prayers! Please don't forget about us. I have to admit that it was overwhelming to land and realize that this wasn't just a visit...I'm here for good! There will be many adjustments. Pray for the boys also. I'm not sure what they really understand of all this, but I am praying that they have a smooth transition.

ReplyDeleteSo glad you made it safely! I understand that overwhelming feeling. When the pilot said we had crossed the Chinese border and were closing in on Guangzhou, I had my plan formulated. I was not going to leave the airport, but get a return ticket and head back to the States! Fortunately, God knows what He's doing. Praying the transition will be smooth for you and the boys! Love you guys & miss you already!
