Another Homemade Experiment

It was another one of those days where I was wanting something to eat that we just can't get here. Corn dogs. So I did the only thing I could do...go to Pinterest!

I have actually tried to make corn dogs once before, but they didn't turn out so great, so I searched for a new recipe and gave it a try.

They actually turned out looking like real corn dogs, and much like the picture. Whoo hoo! (Well, except that I cut my hot dogs in half so they would fit in my pan better.)

Even more important, they were good, and met the approval of my personal team of taste-testers.

I think we will rule this one a success!

Here's an interesting tidbit that I read on the news today.

A 13-foot alligator weighing almost 900 pounds was found on the riverbank in a city about 80 miles from where we live.

Apparently the alligator had been shot and died from his wound.

According to the article, this was an environmental crime.

According to me, I'm glad he's no longer living in my area!
