At the first examination the dentist thought that Jonathan's overbite was also going to need to be corrected, but after getting the x-rays, he thinks that it is just the teeth and not the jaw that are out of alignment, and that just moving the teeth will take care of the problem. That should mean a simpler process and less time than originally projected, if all goes as planned.
He is still getting used to the braces, and one actually already came unglued so he had to go back to the dentist this morning to fix it. Hopefully he will be able to adapt quickly without too much discomfort. Pray for him!
He looks very handsome with his new braces! I was going to say cute, but that may not go over good for boys. Hope he gets over that discomfort soon. I will be praying!
