We have been away from internet access for a while, so I haven't been able to post anything. I will try to catch you up to where we are now. We had a good meeting in Clark Fork, ID. It is so beautiful in that area. It was still very cold, and there is still snow on the ground. From there we went to Sacramento, CA, where it is very warm! We really enjoyed the church there. We were able to be there on Saturday and Sunday. The people of the church were so kind, and the spirit was great. That church was full of excitement for the Lord, and it was encouraging to be there. They were very kind to us and we are thankful that the Lord gave us the opportunity to be there. After the weekend we traveled farther south to Santa Clarita, CA. We are here for a few days staying with Jeremy's uncle and aunt. We are enjoying our time with them, as we haven't seen them in several years. We will be going to another mission conference in Oceanside, CA later this week, and then returning here to spend some family time before we jump back into traveling.
God has been good to us. On the trip from Idaho we made a couple of wrong turns and then encountered a closed road and detour, so our long trip was made longer, but we finally made it! We went right by Crater Lake National Park in Oregon, and there was a pole measuring the snow on the ground....10 feet! It was beautiful, but I have to say that I like this California sunshine quite a bit, and I am very ready for short sleeves and sandals! Just before we arrived here yesterday, we had a tire blow out. Jeremy changed it and we made it the rest of the way. Praise the Lord for giving us safety! God is so good!
Thanks for keeping us updated via your blog. We've enjoyed seeing where you're at and the girls loved the video :) You 5 are in our prayers!
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear from you again! Yes, God is good! What a blessing to hear how He is taking care of you. We are enjoying some sunshine here, it's 83 right now. But, I would love to see what 10 feet of snow looks like!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!! We are praying for you, and we're so glad to have a part in your work.
