In Montana Again

We are back in Missoula, Montana for a meeting tonight. It is beautiful country out here. The weather in the northwest has been interesting. When we were in Washington, in one day it rained, snowed, hailed, and then was sunny and pretty. Today as we crossed back over the mountains it was snowing a little and was very cold and wet, so the windshield wipers were collecting ice on them. Later as it warmed up chunks of ice were falling off the van.

I don't know if pictures can do it justice, but I thought I would post some pictures of the scenery as it changed along the way out west.

These are the Badlands. It's amazing how far you can see, and still see nothing!

The mountains are beautiful!

This is where we had to stop after we had a meeting with "rock."

I think this is the most snow I have seen at one time! Even some of the road signs were buried in the snow. This was in Idaho.

The scenery inside the van usually looks more like this:

Can't you just hear them saying "He's bothering me!"

At least someone is having a good time!

  2. I forgot to say that I love the photos of the boys! Leslie still talks about baby Judson, and Jonathan and Josiah. I am surprised she still remembers.
I am sooo glad you got a blog!
    Have a great day!
