Life has been a little crazy lately, so blogging got pushed to the bottom of the list. So here is a little catch up...
The boys worked really hard to finish their year of school in mid-March. We then concentrated on packing up everything we own and putting it into storage. We left Brazil on April 1st for a five month furlough.
After about 56 hours of traveling and layovers, we arrived at my parents house and crashed. Then the focus was getting clothes and shoes for everyone and preparing for our first big trip.
This week we left for a trip out west, and we will be visiting churches in Idaho, Washington, California, Arizona, Texas, Alabama and Tennessee before returning to Illinois. We are enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way.
Thank you for your prayers for our safety. God has been so good to us. I hope to post some pictures from our meetings and adventures along the way.
